And this is how it works:

• We send you an e-mail with the voucher as a printable PDF to the e-mail address you entered in your order.
• The voucher is sent in A4 format and must be folded twice after printing (preferably in colour) to get its final shape.
• The voucher code will only be activated after the successful reception of the payment and will be sent by e-mail. If you pay by Paypal or credit card for example, the payment will be cleared within a few minutes - and you will receive your voucher just as quickly. Payment in advance is only advisable if you can wait a few days for your voucher, because a bank transfer can delay the receipt of payment by 2-3 working days.
• (We recommend not to order this voucher item together with other products, but to place it as a single order).
• Without a customer account, the remaining value of your voucher will be sent to you by email after it has been used.
• Our vouchers are excluded from exchange and a cash refund is not possible.
