Order
- Once you get an e-mail confirmation with all the details, you can be sure your order is received and processed.
- Most likely your e-mail address wasn't typed in correctly or ended in your spam folder.
- In rare cases the order has not been completed correctly.
- In case of a missing order confirmation please reach out to our customer service:

- Once you get an e-mail confirmation with all the details, you can be sure your order is received and processed. Once the order is on it's way, we send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email.
- If you have opened a customer account with us, you will have permanent access to the orders placed by you.
- After submitting your order you can't make any changes by yourself anymore.
- Please inform us about any request for changes as soon as possible via +49(0)371 90975-0 or email: info@fun-sport-vision.com.
- As long as your order has not been processed so far, we can take the changes into account.
Payment
- Please follow the link to the Payment Methods we offer.
- Your credit card details are transmitted in encrypted form and are therefore safe at Fun-Sport-Vision.
- It could be possible that your credit card is not verified for 3-D Secure/SecureCode yet. Please contact your bank for further details.
Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping fees vary depending on the country of destination and the shipping method.
- Please find all the details here.
Delivery within Germany:
- Standard packages - DHL
- Express delivery for standard packages - UPS
- Express delivery for bulky goods - GLS
Deliveries abroad:
- Depending on the country of destination and article type, we dispatch with DHL, FedEx or GLS.
- The package can be delivered to any DHL station you specify within Germany.
- During the ordering process tick the checking mark "Send to a different Shipping address or Packstation" and add all the neccessary information.
- Please enquire yourself about the regulations that apply in your country.
- The recipient of the goods is responsible for any applicable customs fees and taxes.
- Once the order is on it's way, we send you a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email.
- Please track the status on the parcel services website.

Self Pickup / Click & Collect
- You can pick up your order by yourself. Please select self pickup as shipping method.
- You will be notified via email once your order is ready to collect - this can take up to 2 hours. Pick up is possible from Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM here.
Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we are not offering exchanges. Please return your goods and start a new order.
