Right of Revocation
You may withdraw the contract without specifying reasons within 30 days of the purchase date.
Revocation period is 30 days from the receipt of the product by you or a designated third party, which is not the carrier.
To make use of your right of revocation, you have to inform us (Eastside Thomas Müller e.K., Nevoigtstraße 6, 09117 Chemnitz, Germany, info@fun-sport-vision.com, phone: 0371 90975-0, fax: 0371 90975-40) by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw the contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below. However, using this model is not mandatory.
To keep the deadline, it is sufficient to submit your declaration of withdrawing the contract before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of Revocation
When withdrawing this contract, we have to refund every payment, recieved from you, including delivery charges (except charges that are created by choosing a different kind of delivery than the standard delivery, offered by us), immediately and within 30 days from the receipt of the declaration of withdrawing the contract. The same currency as used by you, when paying for the original transaction, will be used, if nothing else has been negotiated. We won't charge you with additional fees in any case. We may refuse the refund, until recieving the returned products or recieving proof of you having sent the poducts back to us, depending on which case occurs first.
You have to send back the products immediately and within 30 days from informing us about your decision to withdraw the contract. If you send the package before the expiring period of these 30 days, the deadline will be kept. You'll be charged with the immediate costs of the return. You'll only have to pay for a possible loss in value, if this loss can be ascribed to you unecessarily using the products when checking the articles' quality, properties and functionality.
