VOLUNTARY RIGHT OF RETURN (Germany)

Customers from Germany can return the goods they have purchased from Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. within 30 days of receiving them. Return purchased goods in a new, complete and unused condition.

The customer can create a return label at https://fun-sport-vision.com/en/retoure.html.

The right of return applies both to goods that can be sent as a parcel and to goods that have to be picked up from you by a freight forwarder due to their size, volume or weight (such as roof tents), however in the latter case a fee of 100 EUR per item, which will be deducted from your refund amount if you return an item using the return option offered by Eastside Thomas Müller e.k.

The return of goods that can be sent by parcel is always free of charge for customers from Germany if you use the return option offered by Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. If you use a different type of return than that offered by Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. offered, no fee will be deducted from your refund amount, but you must bear the costs of returning the goods and the risk of accidental loss of the goods yourself.

As an alternative to the aforementioned website, the customer can also return the goods by telephone at 0371 90975-0 or by email info@fun-sport-vision.com to Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. register and request a return label.

Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. will send the free return label to the customer email address provided during the order process. The customer must print out this return label and stick it on the package they are returning. The customer can drop off the package at the nearest DHL or GLS shop.

After receiving the goods from Eastside Thomas Müller e.k., the customer will receive their money back within 14 days. To comply with the return period, it is sufficient that you send us a notification of the exercise of the right of return before the end of the return period to the contact details above, otherwise the goods must be received by us within 30 days of receipt.

This right of return only applies to complete, unused and undamaged goods returned. A return label that has already been used cannot be used again.

The right of return does not apply to goods manufactured individually for the customer or to second-choice goods. Likewise, this right of return does not apply to returns from customers whose usual place of residence is outside Germany.

The statutory right of cancellation and the statutory warranty claims remain unaffected by this voluntary right of return.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CONSUMERS FROM THE EUROPEAN UNION, SWITZERLAND AND LIECHTENSTEIN

If the customer is a consumer and only means of distance communication (e.g. letters, catalogues, telephone calls, telecopies, e-mails, messages sent via the mobile phone service (SMS) as well as radio and telemedia) were used to initiate and conclude the contract, the The following:

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall be fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us or you have ordered from outside the European Union, e.g. from Switzerland or Liechtenstein), promptly and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse to repay until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.

For consumers with their usual place of residence in Germany, we will cover the cost of returning goods that can be sent by parcel and for goods that cannot be sent by parcel and that have to be picked up from you by a freight forwarder due to their volume, size or weight (such as roof tents), a fee of EUR 100 per item will be charged to cover the return costs, which will be deducted from your refund amount if you return the goods using the shipping method provided by Eastside Thomas Müller e.k. offered return option.

In all other cases, you will have to bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

If you have chosen a different type of return than that offered by Eastside Thomas Müller e.k., no fee will be deducted from your refund amount, but you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

3. Special notes - Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for used goods

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time of conclusion of the contract, do not belong to a member state of the European Union, Switzerland or Liechtenstein and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract are outside the European Union, Switzerland or Liechtenstein.

The right of withdrawal also does not apply to consumers who have used the ordered goods beyond the usual inspection of the quality, properties and functioning of the goods, so that they must generally be regarded as used.

This includes, for example, clothing that has been worn for a long time or is dirty.
