- A completely new order of your items is therefore not necessary!
- In order to guarantee a quick processing of your return, please follow the instructions for our return process.
- The disregard of the instructions has no effect on your legal rights, especially your legal right of revocation.
- Worn, tainted or already used items are not returnable or excangeable!
- PRE-ASSEMBLED SKI SETS - Unfortunately, these products are adapted to your personal needs and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

In case of exchange within Germany we do not charge any return costs. If you send back all the items you have ordered, you will bear the return costs.
The customer bears the cost for returns from outside of Germany, except in case of a file complaint or warranty issue.
If you keep part of your order, you will not be billed for the returned items within Germany.
- The refund is usually made within 14 days of receipt of your return, if the information on your enclosed return form is correct and complete and after checking the items.
- We will transfer the refund using the same payment method that you initially used (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
- You will not receive a separate notification as to when the refund will be or was made.
