  • Desired exchange items can be ordered directly on the return form.
  • A completely new order of your items is therefore not necessary!
  • In order to guarantee a quick processing of your return, please follow the instructions for our return process.
  • The disregard of the instructions has no effect on your legal rights, especially your legal right of revocation.

  • Return the item complete and in its original packaging to the package.

  • There is a return form in every package, which describes the exchange process in detail. 
  • Please enclose the filled out return form with your return package.
  • Remove the label with your address from the package.

  • Choose your preferred shipping service provider.
Package lengths of more than 120cm can only be sent back via GLS
  • Create DHL label (only use WITHIN Germany)
  • Create GLS label (only for DE, AT, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland)
  • Enter the sender address.
  • Create and print the package label and attach it to the return package.
  • For the use of a return label, € 4.90 will be charged for the reimbursement.
  • There are no return shipping costs for you in case of an exchange.

  • Take the return package to one of the stated parcel shops near you.
  • Keep the receipt as verification of your return shipment.
  • Worn, tainted or already used items are not returnable or excangeable!
  • PRE-ASSEMBLED SKI SETS - Unfortunately, these products are adapted to your personal needs and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return form

In case of exchange within Germany we do not charge any return costs. If you send back all the items you have ordered, you will bear the return costs.

The customer bears the cost for returns from outside of Germany, except in case of a file complaint or warranty issue.

If you keep part of your order, you will not be billed for the returned items within Germany.

  • The refund is usually made within 14 days of receipt of your return, if the information on your enclosed return form is correct and complete and after checking the items.
  • We will transfer the refund using the same payment method that you initially used (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer).
  • You will not receive a separate notification as to when the refund will be or was made.
