These terms and conditions apply to all orders, concluded in our online shop.
2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract
The purchase agreement is being concluded with Eastside Thomas Müller e.K. (sole trader)
The product's depiction in our online shop is no legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can place our products noncommittally in the shopping basket and correct your input data by using the in the order process provided and discussed proofing tools, at any time before submitting your binding order. By clicking the order button, you bindingly order the products in the shopping basket. A confirmation email about recieving your order will be sent to you immediately after submitting your order.
When the contract will be concluded depends on the chosen payment method.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The language for the conclusion of the contract is german. We will save the contract text and send you the order details and terms and conditions via e-mail. You can take a look at the contract text at our customer log-in.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping charges will be added to the given product prices. Further details on the shipping charges' value can be seen at the offers.
We offer the following payment methods in our shop:
Having submitted your order, you will be redirected to the website of online provider PayPal. You enter your payment details and confirm the usage of your data and the payment order there.

By submitting the order, your credit card information will simultaneously be transmitted to us. Having legitimated yourself as the righteous owner of the credit card, we will immediately after conclusion of the contract inquire your credit card company to start the transaction. The transaction will be performed automatically by the credit card company, charging your credit card.
Having submitted your order, you will be redirected to the website of online provider SOFORT Überweisung. In order to pay the invoice via SOFORT Überweisung, you need an online banking account with PIN/TAN-procedure, that is unlocked for the participation at SOFORT Überweisung, legitimate yourself and confirm the payment order to us. You can recieve further information in the order process. The transaction will be conducted immediately by SOFORT Überweisung and charge your account.
This payment method allows customers to buy securely on the Internet using direct online transfers from their bank account.
6. Prices and Shipping Costs
All the prices on our website include sales tax. Customers will be charged for shipping costs, as shown during the order process.
7. Damage during transport
Please complain any mistakes immediately at the deliverer and contact us promptly, if products with obvious transport damages are delivered. Neglecting a complaint or contacting has no consequences on your statutory rights and their enforcement, epecially your warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our claims to carriers or transport insurances.
The statutory rights for liability of defects apply. Information on current additional warranties and their exact conditions, if necessary, can be found at the corresponding product or special information sites in the online shop.
We are always unrestrictedly liable for claims, resulting from damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents.

- guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- as long as it is within the ambit of the product liability law
When violating essential obligations, whose fulfillment is needed to enable a proper conduction of the contract and on whom a contractual partner can usually trust to be fulfilled (cardinal obligation), because of slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the value of the damage, that can be anticipated when concluding the contract, as the development of the damage can usually be expected. Furthermore, claims of indemnity are excluded.
